Due to staff and patient safety, respiratory cases cannot be seen in the Clinic.

If you have respiratory symptoms, please complete a RAT test prior to contacting the practice for an appointment. RAT tests are available at the Falls Creek Information Centre. Our receptionist can then provide further advice and instructions for seeing a doctor.

Depending on practice activity on the day we may be able to offer telehealth consultations. If you have tested positive to Covid, a Medicare rebate for the telehealth consultation will be available but other telehealth consultations may not attract a rebate. Our receptionist will be able to confirm this with you prior to your appointment.
